The following named applicants are hereby advised to report at Quezon City Jail – Quarantine Facility, Payatas Road, Brgy. Bagong Silangan, Quezon City for Initial Background Investigation Interview on the given scheduled date and time.
Bring the following requirements upon reporting:

✅ Computerized CBI FORM

Health protocol must be strictly observed, such as proper wearing of face mask, physical distancing, hand washing, and temperature check prior to entry into the facility.
Attire:
✅Maong Pants, White T-Shirt (Round Neck) & Rubber Shoes.

✅ extra face mask
✅ Faceshield (optional)
